SIDUS LEGAL
Website terms
These terms govern access to the SIDUS public website and demo-request experience.
Last updated August 3, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
By using the public website, you agree to these terms. If you use SIDUS on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization. Do not use the site if you do not agree.
Public website and demo requests
The public website provides information about SIDUS and a way to request a product demonstration. A request is not an order, subscription, service commitment, or guarantee that SIDUS will offer access.
Any pilot, paid service, or authenticated workspace is governed by the applicable order form, customer agreement, or pilot terms in addition to these website terms.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials issued to you and for activity performed through your account. You may not share access outside the authorized organization, bypass access controls, or attempt to enter another customer boundary.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or demo-request service to:
- Break applicable law, infringe another person’s rights, or submit information you are not authorized to provide.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass security and abuse controls.
- Transmit malicious code, deceptive requests, unsolicited promotions, or automated submissions intended to consume resources.
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, authority, or the purpose of a demo request.
Ownership
SIDUS and its licensors retain rights in the website, software, design, trademarks, and related materials. These terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the public website for its intended purpose. You retain rights in information you submit and authorize SIDUS to process it as described in the Privacy notice.
Third-party services
The website may depend on or link to third-party services. Their availability and separate terms are outside SIDUS control. Configured provider failures do not change the authoritative status of an accepted demo request.
Disclaimers
The public website and preview materials are provided on an “as available” basis. Product descriptions may change as SIDUS develops. To the extent permitted by law, SIDUS disclaims implied warranties that cannot reasonably apply to a free public preview.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SIDUS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising solely from use of the free public website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and suspension
SIDUS may update the public website or these terms and may restrict abusive or unsafe access. Material changes will appear with a revised last-updated date. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to later use.
Questions
Questions about these terms can be raised through the SIDUS representative who shared this website, or through the monitored support address included in SIDUS demo correspondence.
